The Fantastic Summer Club is a new reading adventure for children in Harrow aged 4 - 11!
Explore a world of stories, creativity and imagination this summer at your local library.
Join the Fantastic Summer Club (FSC) and collect a new FSC member's badge, a postcard to fill in with stickers, plus one of our limited-edition library card featuring the Gruffalo or Harry Potter... which will you choose?
Every time you take part in a FSC activity, you’ll earn a FSC sticker to add to your postcard. Complete six activities (including reading at least two books) and you’ll receive a special certificate and be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a family entry ticket to the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London and other great prizes.
Younger siblings aged 0–3 can join our Tiny Tots Fantastic Summer Club (TTFSC) for Rhyme Times, reading fun, and a chance to win book and toy prizes.
FSC and TTFSC members can claim a free swim and collect an Everyone Active FSC sticker by showing their sticker card to our friends a Harrow Leisure Centre (Ts & Cs apply). Members can also collect up to three special FSC stickers at tie-in events at Headstone Manor & Museum over the summer (booking fees apply).

How to join and take part in the Fantastic Summer Club (FSC)
You can take part in the Fantastic Summer Club by signing up for Library membership at any of our six branches.
It’s completely free to join. Your library will give you a member's badge and sticker card so you can collect stickers each time you take part in a club activity - choose from:
- Reading – set yourself a reading challenge between 2 - 6 books which you can choose from our extensive collection of books, eBooks, eAudiobooks & digital comics/manga
- Participating in any library craft activity
- Attending a special FSC workshop or event (in-person or online)
- Enjoying a storytime
- Take part in a FSC tie-in event at Headstone Manor & Museum
- Enjoy a free swim at Harrow Leisure Centre (terms and conditions apply)

FSC stickers will only be issued onto official sticker cards.

TTFSC Stickers will be issued for reading or attending a branch rhyme time session

Please note entry to branch rhyme time sessions is subject to capacity, and FSC stickers will only be issued onto official sticker cards.
Exciting new membership cards just for Fantastic Summer Club members...
We have two new and exclusive Harrow Libraries membership cards to tie-in with the Fantastic Summer Club featuring the Gruffalo and Harry Potter.
If you join our libraries when you sign up for the Fantastic Summer Club you will automatically receive one of the new membership cards. If you are an existing library member you can swap your membership card for a new card - one time only - during the 2026 Fantastic Summer Club.
How to claim your free swim with Everyone Active at Harrow Leisure Centre and collect and Everyone Active FSC sticker
Just take your official FSC/TTFSC member's sticker card to our friends at Harrow Leisure Centre to claim your free swim.
The free swim offer at Harrow Leisure Centre is limited to the first 1,500 participants and can only be claimed once per registered FSC/TTFSC member.
The offer is valid for Public, Family and Under 5s Fun Swim sessions listed on the Harrow Leisure Centre pool timetable.
You must show your official FSC/TTFSC member's sticker card to claim your free swim.
Children under 8 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult aged 18 or over, with a maximum of 2 children to 1 supervisor. The FSC free swim offer covers the cost of a child ticket only.

How to collect FSC stickers at Headstone Manor & Museum
Our friends at Headstone Manor & Museum are running tie-in events this summer. FSC/TTFSC members can collect up to three HMM stickers for taking part in these activities.
You must show your official FSC/TTFSC member's sticker card to claim a HMM sticker. Entry to HMM events is subject to separate charges/booking fees.

Prize Draw
Children aged 4 - 11 who successfully complete the Fantastic Summer Club challenge will be entered into a prize draw to win a family entry ticket to the
Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London.
Children who complete the challenge will also be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket to see this year's pantomime Sleeping Beauty kindly donated by Harrow Arts Centre.

The Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London prize draw is only open to readers aged 4-11 who complete the Fantastic Summer Club at Harrow Libraries via a completed Sticker card, authenticated by Library staff. All Club members must have read a minimum of two books between 4th July – 12th September 2025.
One lucky FSC winner (drawn at random) will receive a gift voucher for an entry ticket to the Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Tickets will comprise 2 adults/2 children or 1 adult/3 children. Vouchers are for entry only, are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Participants aged 0-3 joining the Tiny Tots Fantastic Summer Club (TTFSC) and reading a minimum of two books will be entered into a TTFSC book prize draw. TTFSC participants are not eligible for the Harry Potter prize draw due to age restrictions.
Winner Notification and Prize Collection
Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details provided upon entry. Prizes must be claimed and collected within fourteen days of the notification date. If a prize is not claimed within this period Harrow Libraries reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
